A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to provide leave coverage at an elementary school serving grades early childhood through 4th grade in the Spring Lake Park area of Minnesota. This contract role is expected to run from February 2026 through late April 2026 and involves supporting both general and special education settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy tailored to early childhood and elementary-aged children
- Document progress and participate in team meetings to support student success
Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Strong creative planning and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience or interest in working within school settings is preferred
- Clinical fellows seeking authentic school speech experience will be considered and supported
